Original Artwork (available) Tranquil Timber Path: Forest Path Painting

This is a piece that I created using watercolor, gouache paints, and a micron tip pen.  Man, what a job it was, painting in all of the limbs, while trying to preserve the white parts of the page.  If you have ever painted with watercolors, you know that you paint light to dark.  Once the paper is painted, there is little hope of ever getting it white again!  That's where gouache paint comes in handy. It allows you to bring out those white highlighted areas.
