Welcome to ArtRx By Cathy Dement! We’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy for print-on-demand items.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: All print-on-demand items are made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Production Time: Each item is custom printed and may take additional time for production, typically 2-5 business days.
Shipping Time
- Domestic Shipping: Once processed and produced, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- International Shipping: International orders may take 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Shipping Rates
- Domestic Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
- International Rates: International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
I use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. The carrier will be chosen based on the best available option for your location.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact me at dementacj@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating it.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately at dementacj@gmail.com so I can resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact me immediately at dementacj@gmail.com
Returns and Exchanges
Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please refer to my Return Policy for more details.
