At ArtRx By Cathy Dement, I value your patronage and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, I'm here to help. Please review my return policy below. Please note that there is one return policy for my original artwork and one for all other items.
Returns Policy for Original Artwork by Cathy Dement

Eligibility for Returns:
- The artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all accompanying documentation and packaging intact.

Time Frame for Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

Return Procedure:
- Contact me at dementacj@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order details and reason for return.
- Upon approval, I will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Refund Process:
- Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm its condition, I will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
- I do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately.
- I will work with you to address the issue promptly, either by arranging for a replacement or offering a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Commissioned or customized artwork cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Return policy for Print-on-demand items:
**1. Eligibility for Returns:**
- Print-on-demand items are eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the print quality does not meet my quality standards.
- Personalized or customized items with errors due to customer-provided information are not eligible for return, unless the error is a result of a mistake on my end.
**2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To report the issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and any relevant details.
**3. Returns Process:**
- Upon receiving your request and verifying the issue, I will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to my error.
**4. Refunds or Replacements:**
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- In cases where a replacement is preferred, I will arrange for the production and shipment of a new item.
